Who is Zain Ali Digital?

Some people know me as a mentor, trainer, teacher, or marketer, but before all that, I am just a fighter who refused to give up. My journey was never about fancy degrees or traditional education. I didn’t come from a privileged background—I built everything from scratch, with my own hands, through struggles, failures, and relentless learning.

I wasn’t born with success. I earned it.

There was a time when I was fighting for my life in a hospital bed, when doctors told me there was no hope, when my own body had given up on me. But in that darkest moment, I made a decision—if I survive, I won’t live an ordinary life. I will build something greater than myself.

And that’s exactly what I did.

This is my story.

A Second Chance at Life (2014 – 2017)

In 2014, I was living an ordinary school life, when suddenly, everything changed. Severe kidney pain started, and after multiple checkups, doctors told me that both my kidneys were failing.

The next three years (2015 – 2017) were nothing short of a nightmare. Five surgeries. Countless hospital nights. Endless pain. The doctors gave up and told my family, “There is no cure. Just pray.”

But then, a miracle happened.

One of my kidneys started functioning again, on its own. No medical explanation. No treatment. Just pure willpower and divine intervention.

That day, I realized something—I wasn’t saved to live an average life. I was saved for a purpose.

While my childhood was stolen by pain and hospitals, I made a promise to myself: if God has given me a second chance, I will not waste it. I didn’t know what my purpose was, but I knew one thing—I had to do something BIG.

From Small Beginnings to Big Dreams (2016 – 2017)

After my second surgery in 2016, I was at home, recovering. One day, my mother gave me 500 PKR for groceries. But instead of spending it all, I did something that would change my life forever.

I used 150 PKR for groceries and took the remaining 350 PKR to buy snacks, toffees, and biscuits from a wholesale shop. I placed them in my drawing room and started selling them to my village kids.

That was my first business.

Every day, I bought more products, resold them, and reinvested the profits. My family didn’t understand why I was so obsessed with this small shop, but I knew—this was the start of something bigger.

Within a year, my small shop became one of the top shops in my village. By 2018, I expanded further, took wholesale distribution rights from brands, and started supplying snacks to other shops. I built a sales team and within no time, my income skyrocketed.

I had proven to myself—I could build something from nothing.

Stepping into the Digital Revolution (2019 – 2020)

In 2019, college started, and I couldn’t manage my shop full-time. But by then, I had discovered something even bigger—the online world.

One day, I bought a watch for my friend’s birthday from a Faisalabad-based online store. That’s when I thought—“If I sell their watches, how much commission can I get?”

I contacted the seller and locked a 10% commission per sale. I started posting in Facebook groups daily. After an entire month of hard work, I made my first sale.

90 PKR commission.

It wasn’t much, but it was proof that money could be made online.

From there, I kept going. I partnered with a digital marketing agency, understood their services, and started my own white-label marketing agency. My job? Find clients and outsource services.

Within a year, I built a 1,400-member affiliate marketing team and made my first 1 million PKR by selling social media services.

But success doesn’t last forever…

The Rise of Marketing Tree – My First Big Win in Digital Marketing (2019 – 2021)

After facing setbacks in my affiliate business, I knew I had to rebuild. In 2019, I focused on developing my Facebook Ads and digital marketing skills. Every day, I tested different strategies, created multiple ad campaigns, and learned from my failures.

During this period, I launched CH Digital Services, where I started offering freelance marketing and ad management. Initially, I had small local clients, but I aimed for something bigger.

Then, in 2020, I landed my first high-ticket international client from the UAE—a business that wanted to sell laptops through Facebook Ads. This was a turning point in my career. Managing their large ad budget, optimizing campaigns, and driving conversions gave me the confidence to handle big-budget clients globally.

Seeing the potential, I rebranded CH Digital Services to Marketing Tree, a full-service digital marketing agency. With this transformation, I built a remote team of designers, developers, and marketers to serve local and international businesses.

From struggling with small freelance projects to running a structured agency with high-paying clients, this phase marked my real entry into the world of performance marketing. Marketing Tree became the foundation for many future business ventures, setting the stage for everything that followed.

Achievements & Milestones

Earned my first 1 million PKR at the age of 15 through social media services.
Trained over 13,000 students in digital marketing, e-commerce, and freelancing.
Built a 1,400+ member affiliate marketing team in just one year.
Successfully launched multiple startups, some of which are thriving while others taught valuable lessons.
Provided scholarship-based education to thousands of students, ensuring accessibility for all.

Built a network of 120+ franchise partners for my institute.
Own 2 private companies under my name at the age of 22.

✅ Knowledge and learning never stop. The best way I can contribute to your success is by sharing what I have learned. That’s why I teach, guide, and support people—so you can grow faster than I did.

I started this journey alone—many people joined along the way, and many left. But one thing remained constant: my commitment to my mission. People will come and go, but your focus should never waver. You must keep moving forward, no matter what.
